Today is a happy & sad day. I will be leaving my house for the airport to Phuket in less than 2 hours time.
Why happy? Cos i will be going there to take my wedding shots as well as my holidays. Not sure whether i will really enjoy this trip as there are too many things in my mind right now.
Why sad? Cos ever since i joined Royal, i enjoy every single day of my life in laughter, jokes (maybe all lame jokes) everyday.
Haha just saw in FB that joseph will be coming back to Singapore at 11.35pm. Sorry that i couldn't be there at the airport, hahaha.

To William: You have been a great partner. Not even a thousand words is enough to thank you. It is really fate plus a bit of luck that i got the chance to join RIG. I really learn a lot of things from you. Thanks for listening to all my troubles when i am down & all the advise and trust in me! Hope we will continue to work hand in hand together with Jian Zhong & make all the impossible became possible.
To Jian Zhong: Though i have not known you for long. It has been great working with you & hope i dun miss a lot of things when i am away.
To Elson: I have always been proud of you. Hope to hear more good news from you when i am back. Jiayou & continue to shine in RIG.

MEGAMIND movie premier
Great start of the month of November. Thanks to OMY.sg for inviting me, Jianzhong & my artistes to the movie preview for MEGAMIND yesterday.
Bloggers are told to dress in different character costume to come for this movie preview. This of course applied to three of my artistes Elson, Shanice & Joseph who dressed up as the character L, Misa & Light respectively. Evon, Summer & Shing Hoong came with us as well.
I really enjoy the movie as the storyline were really interesting & several parts makes me laugh.
Lastly, share with you some pictures taken on that day.

Good apples, Bad apples !
This weekend pass so quickly but i manage to get some rest before the month of November. Look forward to Elson's album to be released in November cos i still believe that Heaven will help ppl who are kind hearted & hard working.
Something happen over these few days which make me kind of sad intially but not anymore. I told myself that most of the times, ppl like to wear a mask so that ppl around them won't know what they are thinking. It is kind of scarely as ppl may appear to be kind & innocent in front of you but they will eventually show their wolf character after that. Luckily is that 邪不能胜正 & we have not really done anything major for this person, or else it will be such a waste of time & effort.
In any industry, there bound to be bad apples among the good apples. Glad that we have manage to get rid of all the bad ones as we do not want to affect the good ones. Let all the bad apples get together & rot together. As for the good apples, i hope you will be able to open your eyes widely & see for yourselves. Once you mix with the bad ones, no one can save u.

To Go or to Stay On......
This morning, i received an email from William to inform me of Faith leaving Royal International Group. Actually to me, high turnover in the media industry is very common in Singapore.
As a Artiste manager, i sign in new potential talents with the intention of unleasing their potential. There is no lack of talents in Singapore but some of them are just lack of the luck to meet the right manager to guide them & to groom them further.
Recently, a question come to my mind. For talents that tell me that they like singing & wants to join us as talents or artiste, is it purely just interest or they really want to pursue singing. For people who join becos of interest, they might be very committed intially but when they lost interest, they will leave.
To all Artistes & performing group under us
If you join purely based on trying out or based on interest only, please consider carefully whether this is the route you really want to take. If you decided to continue with us, please work hard & prove to us that you are worth us grooming further.
There is no lack of talents in Singapore. The company will not lose out becos of anyone leaving but the person themselves will be at the losing end. Even if we have to give up the whole forest for one tree.

From Good Guy to Bad Guy !!
Just finish with 三个女人 . 一个超级市场 SuperMarket 音乐会 today from 3-5pm. I can said that i am actually quite disappointed with the outcome & actually glad that my partner William wasn't there for the showcase today. Reached there at about 2pm for the rehearsal.
Shanice, Faith & jessica were taking their turns to rehearse on their parts. The whole place was so empty. Other then ppl from our royal family, Evon, sillykid, Joanne & Peter were there to support the event. After a while, Faith friends came to support her for the event. The whole event starts at around 3pm.
The opening was not very well done as there wasn't any introduction at all to the audiences. After welcoming everyone to the showcase, they start talking among themselves explaining the reason behind the event name. No proper interaction with the audiences. There is no proper arranging of songs list as well. Songs were not arranged in the right order and it shows people that they are not prepared for the showcase.
Some small details was not pay attention to & the event finish even before 5pm. After which, i have a debrief with all of them, pointing out all the things that i have noticed today. They don't even bother to pay attention to what i have said & i have to constantly "remind " them that i am giving a briefing right now.
I tink the management have done a lot & given all of you enough chances & opportunities so please treasure what you have now. I dun tink we need to remind you that you have to update us on rehearsal dates & to practise enough so that you are always ready for any challenges.
I may be quiet & friendly to everyone at times but as management, i do monitor each of your performances. All of you give me the impression of following time-table & performing for the sake of performing. Please wake up & put in more effort to show us your improvement.
I can be a good guy as well as a bad guy. All of you can hate me if you want. I just feel that it is time for me to speak up & let everyone knows how i feel. Time will prove and show everything. The strongest and good ones will survive.
I specially like this sentence from William blog. "Nevertheless, this entertainment industry is always about mind game, whoever control the game in certain project, will always be the winner. So as a follower (Actor/Singer) in the game, do make sure you follow the right mind master. Otherwise you will be wasting time again."

A special day today !!!
Today is indeed a special day for me. On 19 August last year, My hubby & i have decided to have our ROM (registry of mariage)which several of my relatives & friends were there to show their blessing. So today is our 1 year anniversary....

Both of us have make the effort to be available today to celebrate this special occasion. Due to our busy schedule & also the aim of saving more money for our wedding dinner next year, we just have to sacrifice our time together.
Several plans & decisions make during the past few days & i know that i have to stay firm & strong so that everything can be settled down.
It has been long since i have the time to go shopping on weekdays. Hubby bought a pair of shoes for me & i really love it very much. Lots of kisses & hugges for my hubby. He promise to bring me for shopping again next week as i need to buy a lot of things for my wedding.
Times always passes very fast. In the evening, we decided to go for seafood dinner.I had always love spicy food since i was young due to the influence of my mum. Hubby order all the spicy items for me & the food was really nice.
I will be going for my indoor wedding shoot on 04 September 2010 & hopefully i am able to slim down bout 2-3kg before that day.
That is all for today.....gotta go to sleep liao...nitez.

Today i went to attend the Exclusive preview of SANDCASTLE followed by a dialogue session with writer-director Boo Junfeng as he shares more on his Cannes experience.

NEA Eco Music Challenge 2010
Had a lot of mixed feelings for this weekend but i tink i know what i should do & will not regret my decision.
Went to do my gel nails on Saturday as part of my photo taking on 04 Sept 2010. Did it at a shop at bugis street level 2 called milly nails. Service is quite good & the nails turn out really nice. If anyone wants to do manicure or pedicure, can get the contact from me.
As for today, went for a series of photoshoot and filming for RIG artistes namly Elson Soh, Faith Pang, Dayan Tan, Koh Yi Ting, Joseph Hui, Jessica Chua and Angie Lee & not forgetting the video we recorded for NEA Eco Music Challenge 2010 to support Go Green campaign!
Eco Music Challenge 2010 is an online song-writing competition organised by the National Environment Agency (NEA) for talented and passionate individuals to express their appreciation and support for our beautiful environment through music.

Synopsis
Sunny (Aaron Kwok) is a clown in a circus act but he aspires to be a top performer just like his dad, The King of Flying Knife. While in Malaysia, Sunny and a few of his circus performer friends go for a treasure hunt, stumbling upon barrels of bio-chemicals left from the war.
Upon returning, some of the members are mutating due to inhaling the bio-chemicals but Sunny seems fine from the exposure. They gain extraordinary superhuman powers. The leader of the entertainment outfit Chang Tai Chu (Colin Chou) decides to use this newfound strength to do evil.
As there is an increase of crime in the city, the media and the police get involved. Kungfu master Suan Hou (Wu Jing) and policewoman Xin Hua (Zhang Jin Chu) enter the fray, while Angel (Shu Qi), a reporter who is recently demoted, also pursues the case in hopes of rescuing her flagging career.

Hello Campus Search 2010 and Challenge the Celebrities 2010.
Have not been blogging for almost a week. Help out in two RIG events, Hello Campus Search 2010 and Challenge the Celebrities 2010.Really enjoy myself for this two events.
For the hello campus events, i help in the voting session. All the contestants bought their friends & family members to come & support them. They each display their own talents like singing, dancing & even thai boxing to get more supporters.
For the Challenge the celebrities, we have our own RIG artistes, Youthbox artistes as well as forest artistes from Malaysia involve in this PK competition. You get to see all the contestants working hard to get into the 2nd round.

My First Acting Experience
Today is indeed a very special day for me. I have arranged for a few of my talents to go for a Channel 8 mediacorp shoot.
Have been rather excited when i got the news from my partner as i will be joining them for the shoot as well. I will be acting as a mother with a five yrs old kid in this shoot.
Though the kid that we have arranged was down with dengue fever the previous night but we manage to get a replacement with the help of Ying jie.
Dear Elroy, though we did not get the chance to act together, hope you get well soon:).
Rush back home from MDIS at bout 7am in the morning as we have spent the previous day preparing for the MV to celebrate National day.

It was raining heavily & we have to stand in the rain trying to get a cab home. Did a quick wash up & rush my way to Mediacorp.
One of my talents have actually spoilt my mood for the day. Though it is rather last minute that we have arranged this shoot but everything was going accordingly to plan. I feel that it was rather irresponsible for her to go MIA like this & i dun tink i will ever want to use her for any assignments.
Thanks to Yi Ting as she have specially make herself available to save me & of course to all my talents who have attending the shoot, Sherilyn, Si Sheng & Yi Ting & also the 5 yrs old kid Yuki that have acted as my daughter.

Sunday is a tiring yet happy day. Meet up with Joseph, william, elson, Edwin Da Ge & of course Jessica & her video team at MDIS Queentown for a final completion of the MV & song.

Special thanks to Jessica and her video team for the MV! They really put in lots of hard work & preparation to make sure that everything goes accordingly to plan & deadline despite the fact that they have to sacrifice several nights of sleep.
Not forgetting to thank Edwin Da Ge for dropping by to show his support as well as to share with us more on his experience & thoughts. I really learn a lot from him everytime i see him.
Everything was done at about 8 plus in the morning though i have to leave at 7am. Tt was really tiring, but everything is worth it when i see our RIG family puting in each of their effort to make this thing happen. To many of us, it's an unforgettable experience.

"梦想起飞 "
Yesterday is a fine day to start the weekend. Went to MDIS at Queentown for a MV Shooting with William, Joseph, Elson, Ying Peng, Yi Ting, Joy, Angie & not forgotten our MV Director, Jessica.
Thanks to all the follwing RIG talents,for making your way down to help out with our MV.
Becky, Eddy, Si Sheng, Sherilyn, Jolene & Jia Jun.
Jessica, together with her production team & our Royal artistes went from place to place to do the filming. I fully agree that Team work is very important. Happy to see all my royal artistes working as a team. We are like one BIG Family which i am so glad to be part of this family. They are all like my small little kids which i enjoy seeing them grow & improve from where they are previously.
To all Royal Artiste, i hope you all understand that we scold you for a reason cos we want you to learn from ur mistake. We want to see the best in you & be proud of you.
Lastly, do continue to work & shine. "让梦想起飞" I am so proud of you all.:)

Learn to live on with life
Today might be the saddest day of my life. Have been trying my best to fight for my rights as well as my happiness for the past week but realise that there is nothing more to be done to turn the situation over.
Have actually decide on H Hotel since last week though there is some issues earlier bout the function room being not available. But based on past experience as a hotelier, i manage to solve the issues & got hold on the function room.
Everything was going fine accordingly to my plan until someone plan to visit PR Hotel due to some discount given by the hotel to their staff.
Dun really like the decor of the hotel during my 1st visit. Despite the fact that there are several pillars in the function room which few tables behind will be blocked, gd comments was given for this hotel.
Nothing was being taken into consideration despite the fact that i have express my disinterest to the hotel to the groom.
What makes me more angry is that deposit was paid to the hotel even before i knew about it. Am i the bride or i am someone attending this wedding?
isn't both the couple suppose to like the place before deciding on whether to take the venue? There is nothing i can do now, so i decide to drop all my plans for the wedding. Fully agree on what my working partner wrote in his blog.
快乐也是一天, 不快乐也是一天. 那么我们何不快快乐乐去过每一天? 结婚和离婚都是一线之间, 合作和翻脸也是一线之间. 今天的种种因数, 可能是未来的预知, 也可能是之前所结的因. 两个人, 如果要开心, 就要学会忍耐, 而不是设计对方.
人生会有几个十年? 可能明天就是结果, 终结必需要的结果. 我只能说人生莫测, 人生百态, 那么何必为不开心的事, 不开心的人, 而让自己伤心呢? 所谓人不为己, 天诛地灭. 宁愿我负天下人, 也不愿天下人负我!

Met up with William, Elson, Joseph, Shanice, Dayan, Shirley, Evon at Chinatown for a recording session. Special thanks to Edwin Da Ge for making the trip down as well to support our Royal artistes.

Bridal De Couture
Went to Bridal De Couture to try on my wedding grown on Saturday. Quite happy with the service as well as the grown that i tried on.
But the more i try, the more difficult it is when it comes to making a choice btw which one to choose. I tried various colours like gold, red, white, blue, pink etc....
Gotta having my photo taking on 1st week of September. Looking forward to it as i have always enjoy photo taking.
So many things to prepare for my wedding, hope that i can manage it well. A quote from one of my friends before: " This kind of experience you only experience once, so must enjoy the process" --- I will remember this, hope everything will go accordingly to my plan:)
